RULES AND REGULATION:-
The company (VIGNESH TAT) undertakes no liability in case of cancellation of trips due to breakdown or for reasons beyond the control of the management. However proportionate refund of fare will be allowed in case no alternate arrangement is mad.
* Kids over 5 years of age or height more than 90 cm will be charged full ticket.
* Charges are made for carton boxes and extra luggage (more than one suitcase per person).
As per VigneshTAT Management.
1. Management is not responsible for your luggage/baggage & other belongings inside the bus/office.
2. The ticket is valid for the particular journey to which it is issued, Passengers are requested to bring their own blankets and bedcovers.
3. Any personal luggage or belongings should be taken care of by the passengers themselves. If there is any disputed value, Management is not responsible.
4. Tickets are not transferable. The management reserves the right to off - load passengers who are travelling on incorrect tickets or disturbing the co-passengers or drunken passengers, without refund.
5. The Management reserves the right to cancel, postpone, change or delay the vehicle without assigning any reason and to change the sitting arrangements in case of emergency.
6. Passengers are requested to report 15 minutes in advance. The bus will not wait for passengers who are late.
7. Contraband and explosive articles are prohibited.
8. Smoking and drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited in the coach and inside any of our office premises.
9. There is no refund on cancellation of Pre/Postponed & Open ticket.
10. For ticket cancellation and any other changes, the customer has to visit the nearest company office with the ticket. Telephonic requests will not be entertained.
11. The coaches and the passengers are covered by insurance. In the event of accidents and consequential injury, loss of life and any other damages, such contingencies are covered by the insurance.
12. Changes to date or time can be made to the booking made at our website or Mobile App if you notify us at least one day prior to the scheduled departure time by visiting our branch
13. Pets and Animals not allowed inside the bus while Journey
14. Any passenger disturbing the co-passengers is liable to be alighted from the coach.
15. Seats Will Be Confirmed Only After Successful Payment. (Depending Upon Seat Availability).
16. For children above 5 years full ticket is compulsory, Without ticket children will not be allowed to board the bus (Age proof Required) .
17. Audio, video and Fan Complimentary
18. Within 4 hours from station main departure time there is no Pre/Postpone and Open ticket.
19. Pre/ Post/ Open ticket is not allowed in connecting services.
20. Difference Amount will not be refunded, in the case of Pre/ Post/ Open ticket cases.
21. If the booked coach is canceled or changed, different seats can be given to other coaches or the same coach.
22. Any male passenger who books tickets marking him as a female in an available female adjacent seat will be made get off the bus without any consideration, no refund will be given.
23. Any indecent activities/behavior will not be entertained and if found the passenger will be made to get off the bus without any consideration, no refund will be given.
